I am writing to share my feedback regarding the performance of the balance I purchased and the service provided by A&D Instruments India Pvt. Ltd.
I had purchased a high-precision jewellery balance, Model GF-3000, from M/s The Bombay Machinery Company, an authorized distributor of A&D. Unfortunately, the device had some issues. The dealer was helpful in arranging a visit by an A&D engineer, and the unit was then sent to A&D’s head office in Haryana for further inspection.
However, upon receiving the unit back, the issue still persisted. I contacted the engineer again, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely cooperative and professional response. Mr. J. Lahiri personally followed up on the matter and, within a few days, secured approval from his seniors for a replacement of the unit with an upgraded model – the GF-3002A, which comes equipped with enhanced features and improved performance.
I am sincerely grateful to A&D Instruments for resolving the issue promptly and efficiently. Their customer-centric approach, quick action, and transparent communication were truly commendable.
A special word of appreciation for Mr. J. Lahiri, whose promptness, sincerity, and commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference.
